A music emporium is a store or a shop that offers a wide variety of music and music accessories. It can also refer to live sounds and other music recordings. It is anything to do with music.

Music is the art of arranging sounds and silence in time by varying the pitch, rhythm and dynamics. There are varying movements and genres of music. Some of which include classical music, blues, reggae, country, folk, jazz and rock. Genres may also have subgenres. Many of the music styles often overlap and there is no time period associated with a particular music style. A good example is art or minimal techno, which includes some jazz forms mixed with contemporary classical music.

With the coming of the information age and especially the internet, digital music has finally come of age. Digital technology with the help of computers has enabled music to take new heights and to be commercially available to any part of the globe and cheaper than conventional means.
